Ce rôle permet de spécifier, s'il y a lieu, qui a la responsabilité de l'organisation de la cérémonie (Actr ou CoAc). Dans le cadre du projet qui a motivé la création du TyIn, il associe par exemple tel ou tel synode à l'information.
