This property associates the individual or group who delivers the legal quality. One or more actors may be involved in conferring a legal quality to another actor. However, it is preferable to associate only the main actors with this property. For more specific cases, or if one wants to specify the roles of the different actors, it is preferable to use more specialized classes or classes modelling the specific participation of an actor in the event.
